Frequently Asked Questions
Do you accept returns or exchanges?
Here at Sig + Co. we practice safety first. Due to this, we will not be accepting any returns.
Why does Sig + Co. use a wooden wick in their candles (as opposed to a cotton wick, etc.)?
Sig + Co. uses wooden wicks to enhance the candle experience. Not only are wooden wicks aesthetically pleasing, they burn slower which means your candle lasts a lot longer.
What comes with each order?
In your order you will receive a thank you card with business contact information and candle care instructions on how to properly care for your candle. Please be sure to read them carefully to maximize the health of your candle.
Will Sig + Co. be creating more products?
DEFINITELY! Sig + Co. won’t stop at candles. More products will be available for purchase in due time. Candles, Incense Sticks, and Flight Subscriptions are available at this time.
My products were damaged in shipment. What should I do?
At Sig + Co. we do our best to package products to prevent damage and, we know that sometimes things just happen. If it were up to us, we would deliver your products ourselves so that we knew they were delivered with care. In the event that you receive a damaged product, please take a picture of the product and email the picture to us within 48 hours of receiving the package and we will take care of you. We want your entire experience to be hassle-free!
How often do the monthly Sig + Co. Subscription Boxes renew?
Monthly subscriptions renew at the same time on the same day each month. If your monthly subscription starts on the 29th, 30th, or 31st, the renewal date will change when your renewal month doesn't have a corresponding date. For example, a monthly subscription started on August 31 will renew on September 30, and it will continue to renew on the 30th of each month until February. In February, it will renew on the 28th, and will continue to renew on the 28th indefinitely.
What do your processing and shipping times look like?
Sig + Co. works diligently to get your products to you as quickly as possible. Products are made to order therefore, processing can take 14-21 business days. Arrival times are subject to the shipping courier. Unfortunately, delays incurred during shipping are beyond our control. Please take this into consideration when finalizing your order.
What type of wax is used in the Sig + Co. Candles?
We currently use paraffin + soy wax in our candles. (The fragrances listed as “retired fragrances” use soy wax.) Paraffin + soy wax gives us a better hot throw and takes up a little more “space“ in your room. Soy wax is a vegetable wax and it’s made from the oil of Soybeans. Soy is renewable and it burns cleanly.
Are Sig + Co. candles handmade?
Yes! Each soy and paraffin + soy candle is carefully created with love so that when your use them, you are wrapped in nothing but goodness!
